November Videos

Here are some cute videos from November.

One is Ryan howling like a wolf, something his daddy taught him while reading a book on Alaskan animals.

Another is Ryan playing with Matchbox cars - pretty much his current favorite activity. They are also known as "cool cars." (Thanks again, Aunt Jeanette!)

The final video is Ryan tossing around some fall leaves - a nice seasonal video.

Playing Outside

Ryan really enjoys running around in the back yard. He likes to push and ride this little car and throw/chase a ball while out there too. We had a couple nice fall days and had fun with him outside.

This one is a little blurry, but I love the smile.

He seems unsure of why his parents are covering him with leaves.

3 Weeks Til Due Date...

We took a couple belly shots yesterday. We have 3 weeks until our due date. All is progressing well. The doctors think that this one will be smaller than Ryan was (8lbs. 10oz.). Maybe that will make him easier to push out. We are nervous and excited about being a family of four. I am VERY excited to have my body back in the relatively near future.

Notice our matching t-shirts celebrating the Yankees' World Series Win! Don't worry. Ryan has a championship shirt too.

Max's 1st Birthday Party

Sarah & Max and the cake, just after the candle was blown out.

Max looking super cute opening his presents. The hat was a present, by the way.

Halloween 2009

Here's a picture of our pirate. Arr... matey! He was really tolerant of his costume, even his hat.

Burke took Ryan to a neighborhood gathering/party for a little bit. Then we went down to the Nyack Halloween Parade for a bit (see video below). After that, we came home and passed out candy. It was super cute when Ryan would put candy in the kids' bags. He also enjoyed investigating the candy bowl and putting each piece from one bowl to another.

One part of the costume he did not care about was his sword. Here is the only picture I have of him holding it. He looks dangerous, right?

Parade: marching band and Ryan taking it all in. (Sorry about the camera strap/loop in the first few seconds.)
